What guests say about our B&B in rural Andalucia
Although we have only just opened our B&B at La Serenidad, we are happy to report that we already have some very happy guests! Here are some comments from our first season, some from guests who had already stayed with us at our old house.
It is still possible to stay at our old house (Las Tortugas) on a self-catering basis which might appeal to you if there are more than 4 in your party.
We have enjoyed many happy stays at Jane and Terry's previous B&B and are delighted to report that Finca la Serenidad is at least as good if not better. On top of that, the welcome is still as warm and the FOOD still as memorable!

We thought it would be hard to top the experience at Terry and Jane's former B&B but we looked forward to visiting the new one, which we had seen as a shell on a previous visit. We need not have worried: the location is even more peaceful and the views stunning, the guest rooms and sitting room beautifully decorated and well equipped, the pool if anything even more impressive. Needless to say, we look forward already to our next visit.

Finca La Serenidad lived up to all expectations for peace and comfort. The bedroom was clean and well-appointed, with a spacious sitting room and terrace looking out over the peaceful valley of orange and olive groves. Delicious home-made bread for breakfast! The Finca is 'off the beaten track' which means it's excellent for walks in the countryside, but not far for beach at Mojacar. Good directions and a warm welcome from Jane and Terry.

Everything about Finca la Serenidad lived up to expectations. From the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation and the tranquil surroundings to the hospitality of the hosts. Great attention to detail in the appointment of the bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable guest living room and lots of terrace area for sun or shade. Secluded location in the hills with lovely walks on the doorstep. Plenty of choice for breakfast, including homemade bread and jams. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

The accommodation is exactly as described with everything in immaculate condition, very clean, well-kept and all in full working order. Situated in the hills a short distance from the coast the view from the terrace and pool looks over hills near and far and is uninterupted by any other building! The area is very quiet with only the sounds of nature to break the silence. Evenings on the covered terrace, eating a sumptuous meal whilst watching the sun go down rounded off perfect days before a comfortable night's rest. Fully recommended for a wonderful, relaxing break.
